Brian Kerrigan - Financial Advisor, CPA, CFA®
Brian Kerrigan founded Kerrigan Financial Management in 2003. Prior to Kerrigan Financial Management, Brian was a Financial Representative with Principal Financial Group, Senior Research Analyst with Frank Russell Company, and Investment Officer with the Washington State Investment Board.
Brian was awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation in 2001. Brian also holds the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation, which he received while employed by Arthur Andersen LLC. A graduate from Iona College with a B.A. in Economics, Brian resides in Olympia, WA with his wife, Sandy, and two daughters.
Rosie Biza - Financial Advisor
Rosie Kerrigan Biza joined Kerrigan Financial Management in July 2020. She has been in the financial industry for 7 years and has an extensive background in sales and compliance. Rosie holds her Series 7 and Series 24 registrations with LPL Financial and Series 66 with both Financial Advocates Investment Management and LPL Financial.
Rosie is a proud University of Washington Husky. Outside of the office, Rosie enjoys spending time with her husband and family, golfing and getting out into the great outdoors as often as possible.

Taryn Weiks is our Virtual Assistant who joined the team in June of 2016. She enjoys having the opportunity to work with clients each day to ensure they have the best client experience possible. Prior to joining Financial Advocates and the finance industry, she received her Bachelor of Arts from Gonzaga University with degrees in Psychology, Sociology, and Criminal Justice. Taryn holds her Series 7 registration with LPL Financial and 66 registration with Financial Advocates Investment Management and LPL Financial, in addition to her Life and Health Insurance licenses.
Taryn lives in Tumwater, Washington with her husband and dogs. She likes to spend her spare time exploring the Pacific North West and travelling.
Geneva Foster - Administrative Assistant
Geneva Foster joined us in 2016 as a part of the operations team. Her past experience includes customer service and supervisor background. She is passionate about helping people and solving problems.
In her spare time she enjoys photography, jewelry making, music and taking in all the nature the Pacific Northwest has to offer.
