Rosie Biza, ChFC® | Financial Advisor
Hi, I’m Rosie Kerrigan Biza, ChFC®, a financial advisor with Kerrigan Financial Management in Olympia, Washington.
I’ve worked in the financial services industry since 2012, but I don’t believe you need to speak the language of Wall Street to make smart decisions with your money. My job is to help take something that can feel complicated or overwhelming and make it feel a whole lot more manageable.
I believe good financial planning starts with getting to know you—what’s important to you, what you’re working toward, what keeps you up at night, and what you want your money to make possible.
Ready to talk? You don't have to have everything figured out before meeting with me.
Who I Love Working With
I especially enjoy working with women, young professionals, couples and families who are building wealth and want to be more intentional with their finances. Some clients come to me with investments already in place but aren't quite sure whether everything is working together. Others are earning good money and finally feel ready to get serious about their financial future.
What We Can Work On Together
Depending on where you are in life, that might mean creating a financial plan, developing an investment strategy, preparing for retirement, planning for education expenses, organizing accounts from previous employers, or identifying financial priorities. I like to help people make a plan they can actually understand and follow as life changes.
What It's Like to Work With Me
I will ask you questions and I expect some of your own. There are never any stupid questions - I'll explain your options in plain English, help you weigh the tradeoffs, and work with you to create a strategy that makes sense for your life. Financial planning is serious. Talking about it doesn't always have to be.
A Family Business, A New Generation
Kerrigan Financial Management is also personal to me. I work alongside my dad, Brian Kerrigan, and being part of a family practice has given me a unique appreciation for long-term relationships. I've had the opportunity to learn from decades of his experience while also bringing my own perspective, processes and approach to the practice. We may occasionally do things differently, but that's what makes us a valuable team.
A Little More About Me
When I'm not talking about money, I love to exercise, read, and spend time with my family and friends. My friends are part of why I created Cash With Class. It's a place where I can talk about money in a way that feels approachable, relevant and a little less like something you'd read in a finance textbook.
